Circular hike from Le Pont on Lac de Joux to the Dent de Vaulion

·  What: Circular hike from Le Pont on Lac de Joux to the Dent de Vaulion: easy-medium hike of 10 kms with 440 m of ascent and descent (estimated time is 3 hours of walking).

·  Where: From/To Le Pont (train station)

·  When: Sunday 7th November, 2021

·  Starting point: Lausanne, Gare at 9:00 a.m. (S2 train)

·  Return: We will aim to be back to Lausanne at around 5 p.m.

·  How: Register for the hike using this form before Saturday 5 p.m.

Costs for the train tickets: 11.10 CHF * 2 = 22.2 CHF if you have the SBB Half-fare Card, otherwise 44.4 CHF

– Each person gets their own train tickets.

– Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

– Get a jacket

– Bring your brunch and water!

– Have a big smile and a good mood 😀

PS: For the people who can’t do the hike and would like to join for the view + picnic at the summit, there is actually a paved road that reaches a restaurant close to the summit. If you have a car, you can park next to the restaurant and walk around 600 m to reach the summit (the walk is uphill). The restaurant location is: https://goo.gl/maps/384VyXZsya8hRxNL9.
